Every time we are in the mountains, we do not want to leave. Our attempt to live close to nature, play sports and work, proved successful. Moreover, for us it is a way to balance personal and professional life. We believe that other people want the same, and we are ready to offer it to them. That's how the idea for cota1110 came about - a hotel, coworking and adventure center.
location
We chose the village of Beli Iskar, because some of the most picturesque and challenging tourist routes in the Rila Mountains intersect here. Skiing, hiking, water sports - the choice is entirely yours, the possibilities for sports are endless. The eco-trail along the valley of the Iskar River is a popular place for photography.
